Euclid Managers has an exciting career opportunity for a Insurance Account Manager (Sales). The Insurance Account Manager is responsible for developing new brokers/clients and servicing these clients based on goals established by management.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with brokers/clients to acheive sales volume consistent with sales projections.
  • Generate new broker/clients by cold calling, direct mail, attending meetings and referrals.
  • Responsible for updating broker/client databases. 
  • Manage business produced by follow-up of quotes, underwriting submissions, case issuance, periodic review of current cases and assist with renewal process.  
  • Conduct employee enrollment and employer presentation meetings.
  • Be involved, when necessary with complex processing and claims situations with broker/clients.
  • Keep informed of products, procedure, and legislative changes by attending department meetings and review of industry publications.
  • Motivate and assist others to meet goals.
  • Participate in marketing ideas, offer ideas, and assist in implementation of same.
  • Maintain marketing and production reports and attend sales meetings. 
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current Life and Health license required.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Must have strong creative skills.
  • Prior knowledge of insurance industry strongly preferred.
