Our Account Executive will partner with our sales team, as well as work independently on sales opportunities, to lead day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact to manage KPS marketing partner/consultant relationships, develop and provide marketing/training materials to marketing partners and provide proactive consultation related to pharmacy benefit program savings opportunities. Serve as primary contact for Marketing Partners for new sales opportunities- intake and distribution of cost proposals and RFPs. Manage the technical details related to KPS programs pricing, contracts, implementations, etc., and all pharmacy products. Use consultative sales techniques to suggest new services and pharmacy products and make recommendations to marketing partners. Manage the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process for all marketing partners, consultants, brokers, TPAs, health plans, clients and any third-parties who have access to proprietary and confidential KPS program information. Manage the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) process for all public sector parties who have access to proprietary and confidential KPS program information. Clearly communicate and promote the value of KPS programs. Maintain thorough knowledge of KPS new benefit products. Deliver informative, well-organized, accurate presentations. Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in Account Management or Service Delivery (at the senior level), including minimum of seven (7) years in the PBM industry required. General knowledge of the healthcare industry required. Strong focus on book of business consultant/client satisfaction and retention results. Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing; verbally in both a one on one setting and in group settings, such as in a client presentation. Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes Ability to travel extensively (50%), including weekends and holidays SOFTWARE: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Adept at accessing business data from the Internet when required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use manual dexterity, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and speak or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, stand and sit. Position requires employee to frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects and occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force to move objects. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normally not exposed to conditions that are discomforting or disagreeable.
