As a Medicare Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing a team of Medicare Consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and developing your team, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the achievement of sales goals. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Medicare regulations and the sales process.

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within financial and operational data sets
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish and implement data-driven solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy in financial processes
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing well-documented and analyzed financial information
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven internal controls to enhance financial data integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• CPA candidate or certification is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with experience in data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
