This role involves collaborating with multiple departments, including Accounting & Finance, Sales, Quality, Retention, HR, and more. • Collaborate with various departments to identify and develop strategic initiatives (including accounting & finance, operations, sales, & marketing).
• Gather data from multiple programs to analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, integrate findings, and develop and execute plans in order to advance YWI.
• Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management (must be proficient in Excel & PowerPoint).
• Partner with accounting & finance team to gather, report, and analyze data for YWI and our carrier partners.
• Evaluate and improve KPIs that directly impact the organization.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning.
• Knowledge of the Medicare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a consulting role highly preferred
• Previous experience in a strategic or project management role is preferred.
