Part D Advisors is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to assist in the management and execution of our expanding Dependent Eligibility Verification practice. The Project Coordinator will work closely with our clients, prospects, account managers, business analysts, software developers, and executive leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget/scope, and meet high-quality standards.  This position works onsite in Livonia, Michigan.

• Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaise with client prospects to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and report on any risks or issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and plans.
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, taking detailed minutes.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure financial records are up to date.
• Ensure all legal documentation, including contracts, is properly handled.
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Looks for process improvements to improve the quality of our services.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in client management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills.  Proficient in the MS Office suite of tools.
