The primary focus of the Account Manager is to establish and maintain a good working relationship with their broker partners and clients. The Account Manager is responsible for client retention, renewal, and overall plan satisfaction. The Account Manager provides basic benefit consulting and training on an ongoing basis and facilitates the resolution of issues pertaining to the client. In addition, they ensure that all client deliverables are on time, accurate, and meet the needs of the client. The Account Manager will demonstrate excellent client services through resourcefulness with a high level of initiative.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
