Overview

Support the Pharmacy Division with data reports and analytics needed to provide KPS clients consultation on their Pharmacy Benefit program.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and generate recurring reports for KPS book of business
  • Manage and maintain database related tables
  • Create custom ad hoc reports utilizing internal and external data
  • Create client facing report templates in excel and PowerPoint for department use
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data and reporting is accurate and timely
  • Analyze and present book of business data to provide management with actionable insights
  • Audit internal and external data, client reports and financials
  • Work with and integrate data set from multiple source
  • Maintain business and desk level data and reporting procedures
  • Collaborate with database team to conduct user acceptance testing
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Medispan and NCPDP data sets
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • Three (3) years experience in data management and reporting
  • Five (5) years experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare industry preferred
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: ability to do pivot tables, excel formulas, charts and graphs
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to project manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results
  • Build relationships and create a sense of trust and reliability with internal and external customers
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation:

 

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Remote work environment flexibility but candidate must have California workers' compensation claims experience.
