Overview

Egis Insurance & Risk Advisors is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with our client services and sales teams to deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our expanding client base.

 

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients, providing them with impactful solutions and expert guidance on their commercial insurance needs.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, Client Services, and Agency Leadership to enhance your skills and contribute to client success.
  • Provide proactive support and personalized service to clients, ensuring their risk management requirements are met with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Take on a high-visibility role within the organization, with opportunities for career growth and upward mobility within the client services team.
  • Deliver outstanding client service by assisting clients with policy changes, renewals,
    billing questions and much more
  • Implement client insurance policy administrative processes, including tracking renewals,
    new policy set-up, online rating, invoicing, accounts receivables monitoring, audit and
    contract review, and policy review
  • Manage and process certificates of insurance and auto identification cards for clients
  • Maintain current and accurate policy information in the agency management system
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, insurance
    carriers, brokers, coworkers and managers
  • Assist with office projects and presentations as needed

 

 

What You'll Need

• Florida 2-20 License required
• 5 years of commercial lines experience with a commercial insurance agency preferred
• AMS360 software experience and Microsoft excel proficiency a plus
• Minimum 2-year college degree is preferred

• CPCU, CIC, AAI, ARM, RPLU or similar professional insurance designations a plus with a
desire to obtain future designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the Egis Account
Management team
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability and willingness to travel (less than 5%) as needed for client meetings,
presentations, and local conferences.
• Experience working with Public Entities, Self-Insurance Pools or Trusts is a plus
