• Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate monthly commission payments based on sales data and commission structures.
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process commission payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile commission payments with sales records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate and distribute commission reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Communication: Collaborate with department heads to address commission-related inquiries and issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of commission payments and related documentation.
• Self-Review: Regularly check own work for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit Support: Assist with month-end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commission processing or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, data analysis, data management, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various departments.
