Rice Insurance Services Center has an exciting career opportunity for an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator is a vital part of our team and assists with the Real Estate Errors and Omissions program by processing work associated with insurance clients, such as answering client phone calls and emails, issuing certificates of insurance, performing data entry, processing renewals, and performing other tasks as needed. 

Rice Insurance Services Center, an Accretive company, has specialized in state-mandated real estate E&O programs since 1989. We provide the group policies in 15 states that have group programs and require real estate licensees to maintain insurance. We also provide appraisal and mortgage loan originator group programs. We handle all aspects of the program, providing ease and consistency throughout the entire process, from obtaining coverage to claims resolution. • Client Support:
• Provide customer service for real estate errors and omissions insurance programs, including assisting clients purchasing insurance coverage. 
• Answer phone calls and emails and handle client inquiries or direct insureds to other staff accordingly.
• Create correspondence to clients, including transmission of certificates of coverage, renewals, and other routine written communications.
• Provide administrative support and other duties.
• Account Management:
• Enter accurate client information into agency management system.
• Partner to create, maintain, and audit client and prospect data throughout various agency systems.
• Process change requests, review endorsements for accuracy, and generate accurate certificates of coverage.
• Prepare Notices of Cancellations and Reinstatements. Process final cancellations.
• Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance as required.
• Insurance Expertise:
• Actively engage in learning and study industry trends. Seek out self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated customer service focus.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software.
