We are currently seeking a Marketing Production Coordinator who has excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and change management skills to join the Marketing Department.

• Monitor and track production timelines.
• Analyze, track, maintain, and generate production reports.
• Designate tasks and assign deadlines for production team members.
• Quality-check deliverables.
• Organize, maintain, and update production files as needed.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help production team members complete tasks and produce deliverables.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects as they relate to Production and as assigned.
• Uphold and maintain department processes and documentation.
• Assist in the development and refinement of production assets, both creatively and technically.
• Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with other departments as required to fulfill production requests and maintain production standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Two or four-year degree or equitable experience in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
• Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Experience using WordPress, or similar CMS-based website publisher
• Experience using Microsoft suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent grammar, writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communicator across multiple channels/mediums
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent project planning, tracking and organization skills
• Effective problem-solving and change management skills
